The Whole Heart Method™
Women's Group Therapy in Georgetown, TX — Presence Is Enough™
Sometimes healing happens differently when we experience it alongside other women.
Presence Is Enough™ — Experiential Group Therapy for Women
The Whole Heart Method™ helps women return to themselves. By integrating trauma-informed psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, breathwork, parts work, and carefully selected Kundalini practices, we cultivate a resourced sense of wholeness across body, mind, heart, and soul. The goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to develop the inner safety and self-trust needed to live from presence rather than survival.
Presence Is Enough™ is the first pillar of the Whole Heart Method — a small therapeutic group for women who are ready to explore the patterns that have taught them to disconnect from themselves in order to caretake, achieve, belong, avoid conflict, or remain safe. Together, we explore what presence means, what self-acceptance looks like, and what becomes possible when self-trust is no longer conditional.
Through guided therapeutic work, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, IFS-informed parts work, and authentic connection, we practice a different way of relating to ourselves. Individual capacity grows in community with other nervous systems. This women-only group meets in Georgetown, TX and is open to women across Texas via telehealth. It is a private-pay group and a container for life transitions — including career advancement, significant loss, leaving a relationship, or building a more authentic life.
Not becoming more perfect.
Not becoming more productive.
Learning how to stay.
What staying looks like
And ultimately, to move from self-abandonment toward self-loyalty.
