Women's Healing Group for Caregivers
Women's Healing Group is beginning Friday
In this group process we will create a ritual for your Friday afternoon that you can carry with you throughout your week and into the months ahead. We will practice coming together in a collective for meditation, trauma release and processing. We will meet 6 Fridays in a row starting October 7th-November 11th. In this group you will
-Learn how to hold boundaries for healthy living and relationships.
-Gain a deeper sense of connection with yourself through breathwork.
-Process through collective trauma, and release it from your body.
-Build confidence as you navigate out of pandemic living while holding on to your core values.

Group sizes will be limited to 8 participants per group, so move quickly to secure your seat.

Suggested Donation is $320 for 6 sessions. Donations are accepted as well.
Q&A
Bring a blanket, yoga mat or pillow-a journal and pen, and a bottle of water.
We will begin with a Socratic discussion of boundaries for the group and set expectations for our time together. In doing so we will create a safe container and judgement-free space for sharing our experiences and allowing our voices to be heard.
We will practice mindfulness meditation focusing on anxiety and stress reduction.
We will do some journaling intended to process and release negativity.
We will close our time together with some movement and somatic release.
