Women's Healing Group for Codependency
Are you feeling anxious, stressed and depleted from all of the roles that you play in your life? Have you lost touch with your wants, needs, dreams and desires? You are not alone, and everything doesn't have to be all on your shoulders.
This Women's Group will be the supportive container you need to transform your life energy, motivation, and create your very best life!
Women's Healing Group is beginning Sunday May 28th at 10:30-12pm at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, TX. Groups are filling fast, so please reach out if you are called!
We will create a ritual for your Friday afternoon. We will practice coming together in a collective for mindfulness meditation, stress release, creative connection, and nourishment.
We will meet 6 Sundays in a row (with hybrid meetings online and in nature) starting May 28th-June 2nd.
In this group you will:
-Learn and practice holding boundaries for healthy living and relationships.
-Gain a deeper sense of connection with yourself through breathwork and mindfulness.
-Journal and release stress collectively
-Process collective trauma, and release anxiety from your body.
-Build confidence as you navigate out of pandemic living while holding on to your core values.
-Learn a functional medicine approach to enhance your nutrition and lifestyle. Intuitive Eating orientation.
Come and join a sisterhood of women of all ages. The programming will borrow from John Kabbot-Zinn's, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction protocols, while incorporating journaling for self compassion, EFT Tapping for releasing stress, breathwork protocols from kundalini yoga, and a functional medicine approach to lifestyle enhancement.

A blanket, yoga mat or pillow, A journal and pen, and a bottle of water.

I am an introvert and I don't like groups. Will I have to share?
We have full respect for all personalities, all parts, and I encourage all to come as you are. Everyone has equal opportunity to share or to pass. I encourage each member to hold a sacred space for themselves and to honor their own needs for the day. There are no expectations, and nor right or wrong way of being in this group. If feeling comfortable and safe showing up for yourself within a group is a personal goal, then you will feel right at home here. This group is about caring for you.
How will the group start each day?
We will begin with creating a sacred space, clarify boundaries for the group, confidentiality, and offering a Socratic discussion., In doing so we will create a safe container and judgement-free space for sharing our experiences and allowing our voices to be heard.
We will practice mindfulness meditation focusing on anxiety and stress reduction.
We will do some journaling intended to process and release negativity.
We will practice some movement, breath work, and somatic release.
We will close our time together with a no cross-talk sharing to respect each individuals process experience and needs within the group.
There will be a nutritional sharing for enhanced mood, energy and nourishment at the end of each session.
